Responsibilities
- Provides direct administrative support to the Program contract and Sponsor Team
- Accountable property and resource management
- Shipping and logistical support
- Communication with equipment vendors and mission partners
Requirements
- Five years of experience in asset control, inventory, and accountable property management
- Five years of experience in logistics including shipping, purchasing, and warehouse operations
- Five years of experience using computer-based procurement and records management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing administrative support to Programs operating overseas
- Experience coordinating with multiple organizations in a working group configuration
- Military experience
Physical Requirements
- This position requires lifting, standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday.
