Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization
- Accurately and timely process customer orders
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and stock shortages
- Cook up and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities
- Manage relationships with carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners
- Maintain shipping schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for savings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and logistics best practices
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
