What You'll Do
- Create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real retail logistics and transportation workflows.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world freight management and logistics practices.
- Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance.
- Complete tasks at your own pace with no set schedule or minimum hour requirement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in retail logistics or transportation management, in a role such as Transportation Manager, Logistics Manager, Logistics Analyst, TMS Analyst, Distribution Manager, Freight Operations Manager, or Supply Chain Visibility Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with workflows such as freight invoice auditing and delivery route planning.
- Familiarity with Oracle OTM, FourKites, or similar transportation management and supply chain visibility platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
