Responsibilities
- Participate in a program centered around three fundamental pieces: on-the-job learning, structured/foundational learning, and team-based learning.
- Get exposure to multiple customer locations within the region for foundation knowledge of different operations and customer focus.
- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
- Plan and review logistics processes, ensuring they meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities of employees to optimize shift/team logistics.
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress, track performance, and recognize successes.
- Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by seeking opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, adhering to company rules and policies.
- Understand key levers for account profitability; create, update, and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis; and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Learn financial aspects of the job that are applicable, learn how this role connects to the financial stability of the account, and build trust for new hires in onboarding, orientation, and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- College degree/Technical Certification required in Business, Logistics, Transportation or a related field.
- One (1) year involvement in extra-curricular activities that demonstrate leadership skills required.
- One (1) year previous internship experience preferred.

Pay
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
