Responsibilities
- Lead integrated logistics across supply, maintenance, transportation, and distribution.
- Build and maintain logistics plans, SOPs, and readiness reports leadership relies on.
- Capture and analyze equipment readiness and supply posture data.
- Flag shortfalls and drive fixes to improve readiness.
- Coordinate support across multiple units and advise the customer on resourcing and process improvements.
- Support deployments, redeployments, and field exercises.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on logistics management experience (military logistics background strongly valued).
- Proficiency with GCSS-MC and standard readiness reporting tools.
- Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior USMC/SOF garrison logistics experience.
- Achievement in Lean Six Sigma or related certification.
