Senior Logistics Management Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will support complex logistics efforts across naval systems, with a focus on technical data management, documentation control, and maintenance planning. The specialist will collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders to sustain combat systems and radar-related programs. Success in this position will help improve readiness, supportability, and lifecycle performance in a highly regulated defense environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Assist with managing technical data for new and legacy systems Respond to and evaluate Technical Manual Deficiency Evaluation Reports (TMDERs) Maintain and update system documentation and drawings Participate in maintenance planning and logistics support analysis Support inventory control and manage spare parts logistics Develop maintenance plans and provisioning documentation Coordinate with various government and contractor offices for logistics support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical or logistics field required Active Secret clearance is mandatory Ten years of logistics support experience for combat systems Minimum five years of logistics support experience with naval surveillance and advanced radar systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro Benefits Telework opportunities available for this position Engagement in high-impact Naval projects Potential for professional development and skill enhancement Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a critical defense environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
