Responsibilities
- Synchronize and integrate AMC's readiness support to enable, sustain, and project a MDO capable and ready force.
- Provide a robust training and doctrine management program for training policies, procedures, and requirements aligned with standardized Army doctrine.
- Ensure resources are available to sustain and enhance the Command's highly proficient workforce.
- Support the analysis for the Fleet Management Expansion (FMX).
- Complete documentation for the Total Army Readiness Reviews (TARR).
- Participate in the Army Strategic Readiness Assessment.
- Support the Focused Unit Readiness initiatives.
- Develop reports and briefings and present information to senior leaders.
- Operate and manage tools such as GCSS-Army and DST.
- Support initiatives to improve materiel readiness reporting of fielded weapons systems and ensure deficiencies are documented and reported.
Qualifications
- Necessary skills and knowledge: Knowledgeable experience in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and SharePoint.
- Minimum qualifications: Ten years' experience working at the brigade and higher level, with five years specifically at the ACOM/ASCC level, and an active Secret clearance.
- PREFERRED qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000.
