Essential Functions
- Aid in the development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings, meeting minutes, and actions.
- Prepare, review, revise, submit, and track acquisition and procurement documentation.
- Perform inventory control tracking in support of product inventory monitoring and Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) regulations, shipping/receiving support, maintenance of records of systems received for repair and new assets received, and assets lost to demilitarization.
- Ensure transactions are processed through Navy ERP and OM&S, including shipping and receiving documentation, and prepare and track Material Movement documents (DD-1149’s, DD-1348’s).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with zero (0) to two (2) years’ experience.
- Competent using Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- Good interpersonal skills and judgment with the ability to work well alone or as part of a team.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
- Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.
- May be required to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) to support meetings, test events, and data collection.
Security Clearance
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
- US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
