Logistics Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise in the application and management of integrated logistics activities supporting the installation and fielding of systems including system support management and maintenance; system security plans, supply support and provisioning; packaging, handling, storage and transportation of deliverables; technical data and data management; field configuration management; installation, facilities planning, and implementation; and operations training.
• Affords assistance to projects to comply with acquisition logistics management and life cycle support requirements.
• Identifies and resolves acquisition logistic issues and concerns.
• Writes Acquisition Logistics Support Management (ALSM) documentation to detail field and life cycle support logistics.
• Knowledge of organizational policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• TS/SCI with Full-Scope Poly
• Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in any technical field.
• Experience: Five (5) years of experience providing acquisition logistics support, two (2) of these years within the Intelligence Community desired. Additional two (2) years of additional technical experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
• Work Location: Fort Meade, Maryland
