You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville.
Responsibilities
- Apply working knowledge of maintenance planning in all aspects of logistics, including Planned Maintenance System (PMS) development and associated maintenance documentation such as Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRC), Technical Manuals, and configuration management for components, systems, or subsystems.
- Utilize working knowledge of Navy Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) incremental products, Allowance Parts List (APL), and National Stock Numbers (NSN).
- Investigate and resolve problems related to requisitions, including stock number migration, source determination, statusing, and sources of substitute material.
- Generate requisitions and MILSTRIPS supporting a wide range of equipment, services, and commodities using Navy ERP, eMALL, OneTouch, and GPC to support procurement.
- Apply working knowledge of configuration management and hierarchical structuring of components, systems, and subsystems.
- Use Microsoft suite tools including Teams, Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes the following:
- Working knowledge of maintenance planning, PMS development, and maintenance documentation (e.g., MRC, Technical Manuals, configuration management).
- Familiarity with Navy COSAL incremental products, APL, and NSN.
- Experience with requisitions, including investigating issues like stock number migration, source determination, and substitute materials.
- Experience generating requisitions and MILSTRIPS using Navy ERP, eMALL, OneTouch, and GPC.
- Working knowledge of configuration management and hierarchical structuring of components, systems, and subsystems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite tools (Teams, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
