Logistics Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement
• Achieves customer service and time objectives within existing financial constraints
• Executes and continuously improves standard logistics processes including replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, and electronic data systems administration
• Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives
• Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Strong understanding of customer service and time objectives
• Experience with logistics processes and systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to integrate and apply industry knowledge to improve operations
