About the role

As a Logistics Management Analyst and Site Lead, you’ll bring your logistics, property accountability, supply chain, warehouse operations, federal logistics compliance, and equipment life-cycle management background to collaborate with thought leaders in engineering, robotics, autonomous systems, digital modernization, and sustainment operations on projects for Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS). You’ll use your skills to manage, analyze, track, coordinate, and support the logistics and equipment operations that enable mission readiness. Work with us to help coordinate, analyze, and execute complex logistics and property management activities supporting mission-critical autonomous and robotic systems across operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, analyze, track, coordinate, and support logistics and equipment operations for mission readiness
  • Coordinate and execute complex logistics and property management activities for autonomous and robotic systems
  • Manage receipt, storage, shipment, and disposal of government property
  • Maintain accurate accountability for mission-critical assets throughout their life cycle
  • Track equipment availability, maintenance history, calibration schedules, and readiness status
  • Coordinate equipment transfers, repairs, replacements, and inventory reconciliation
  • Support federal or DoD logistics operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or property accountability
  • Experience managing receipt, storage, shipment, and disposal of government property
  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and property accountability principles
  • Knowledge of government logistics systems, including ELMS
  • Knowledge of federal mandates governing logistics, supply chain integrity, and property control
  • Ability to maintain accurate accountability for mission-critical assets throughout their life cycle
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard
  • Experience managing accountable property and sensitive or high-value equipment
  • Experience supporting autonomous systems, robotics, aviation, maritime logistics, or cross-agency sustainment
  • Knowledge of life-cycle logistics and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
  • Ability to develop and maintain logistics documentation, procedures, manuals, and training materials
  • Master's degree in Logistics or a related technical field
  • Professional logistics or supply chain certification such as CPL, CPIM, or CSCP

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.

Pay

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:

  • Remote: Occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.
  • Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with possible visits to customer facilities as needed.
  • Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.

Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
