Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with supervisor as a resource to unit personnel.
• Participates in and/or assists Supervisor with staffing, timecards, hiring and training.
• Maintains an expert knowledge of the work area and optimizes use of available technology.
• Effectively communicates information to staff and supervisor.
• Assists supervisor in the coaching and development of staff, optimization of area productivity and service problem resolution, and development of internal processes.
• May represent area on task forces/committees.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills when resolving conflicts with staff and customers.
• Assists in daily oversight of staff activity and performs day-to-day logistics functions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years' experience as a materials handler, inventory/receiving clerk or other related field required.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.
• Possesses PC skills, both keyboarding and applications.

$23.02 - $31.06 / hour

• Full Time
• Hours/Pay Period: 80
• Shifts: 5X8-Hour Shifts
• Monday 2:00PM-10:30PM
• Tuesday 2:00PM-10:30PM
• Wednesday 2:00PM-10:30PM
• Thursday 2:00PM-10:30PM
• Friday 2:00PM-10:30PM
• Weekend Schedule: On call once every 9 weekends
