Logistics Lead - Supply Chain Management

Role Overview: This position involves collaborating with a supervisor to manage unit personnel, including staffing, training, and scheduling. The role requires maintaining expertise in the work area, optimizing technology use, and effectively communicating with staff and supervisors. Responsibilities include coaching staff, resolving service issues, overseeing daily activities, and participating in internal committees or task forces.Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for an associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields. A minimum of four years’ experience in materials handling or inventory is necessary, along with demonstrated leadership skills and PC proficiency. Key Skills: Leadership, communication, customer service, technology use, and process development. Additional Details: This is a full-time, nonexempt role with benefits, scheduled primarily during night shifts, including weekends.
