About the role

The Logistics Supervisor role at Solventum is part of the Forest City Distribution Center team. This role involves serving as a member of the Forest City Distribution Center Operating Committee and directing the Inventory, Customer Service, and Return Goods departments. Key responsibilities include setting departmental procedures for continuous improvements, supporting warehouse operations, and implementing a new enterprise resource planning software.

Responsibilities

  • Determine departmental procedures to set standards for continuous improvements.
  • Support warehouse operations in improving inventory, customer service, and return goods areas.
  • Implement a new enterprise resource planning software at the Forest City Distribution Center.
  • Be a core resource for the implementation of the new software.
  • Willingness to be on-call and support Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Return Goods tasks running 7 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of 4 years of Supply Chain Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED AND a minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Additional qualifications include 3 years of leadership experience, experience leading lean six sigma and/or continuous improvement projects, proven experience in learning and implementing new systems, ability to communicate effectively, and experience using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Qualifications

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

Schedule

Onsite at Forest City, Iowa. May include up to 5% domestic/international travel.
