Logistics Incident Analyst

About the role
The Logistics Analyst works with clients on incident management within their supply chain. The position functions at a global level and supports a core team of individuals within that supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Follow-up (email and phone) with transportation carriers
- Follow-up (email and phone) with clients
- Gather and organize all relevant documentation to support incidents under review
- Summarize information to concisely convey key facts
- Review of open incidents and use corrective action plans to drive to closure
- Identify and review trends in the client’s market place
- Participation and leadership of materials shared on conference calls

Requirements
- Experience using Excel
