Your Day-to-Day
- Support safe and efficient outbound logistics
- Perform rail, trailer, paperwork, material handling, and housekeeping activities
- Forklift certification required
- Coordination with Technical Trainers and Supervisors
- Rail spotting and coordination in accordance with outbound procedures
- CID paperwork processing and material movement
- Strapping and matting outbound loads
- Trailer and railcar inspections following safety and compliance standards
- YardView or rail coordination tasks assigned
- General cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Support and help where needed across outbound operations
- Operate a forklift safely once certified, including movement of outbound materials
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all facility safety policies including PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and hazard reporting
- Participate in safety training and maintain adherence to outbound safety procedures
- Ensure strapping and matting are performed according to standards
- Report unsafe conditions immediately
Training & Assessment
- Forklift certification is required for this role
- All training and assessments are conducted by Technical Trainers
- Final approval and sign-off are issued by the Supervisor
