Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions that improve operational performance and efficiency
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Solve complex problems using data, modeling, and engineering principles
• Partner with internal teams and customers to understand needs and deliver value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions, often on tight timelines
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop metrics and reporting to measure impact and drive decision-making
• Apply industrial engineering and operations research techniques (e.g., routing, scheduling, optimization)
• Quantify and communicate project results, including cost savings and performance improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL
