Responsibilities
- Maintain and share daily in/out records of battery pack movements
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding yard and transportation status
- Prepare and manage documents such as delivery schedules, inbound/outbound logs, and inventory sheets
- Use Excel to organize and report logistics data accurately
- Cook up closely with internal teams (yard, dispatch, transportation)
- Aid in resolving customer inquiries or service-related issues in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
