Responsibilities

  • Maintain and share daily in/out records of battery pack movements
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding yard and transportation status
  • Prepare and manage documents such as delivery schedules, inbound/outbound logs, and inventory sheets
  • Use Excel to organize and report logistics data accurately
  • Cook up closely with internal teams (yard, dispatch, transportation)
  • Aid in resolving customer inquiries or service-related issues in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred

  • The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $57,000 yearly
