Logistics Courier

About the role

A Logistics Courier ensures accurate and timely sorting, pickup, and distribution of mail, packages, and documents across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle intra and inbound/outbound mail and parcels, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Operate electronic postage systems and compile reports for daily operations.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, supporting efficient logistics processes.
• Maintain vehicle condition, inspect ATMs, and ensure safety and cleanliness at all sites.
• Participate in community events and assist with setup and tear-down activities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like litter pickup and trash disposal.
• Report issues and assist with problem resolution as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry objects, work on feet, and drive in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and safe driving record.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Punctuality, trustworthiness, ability to memorize departmental locations, and adherence to safety standards.
