About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. This is a full-time position based in Camden, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans.
• Collaborate with families, professionals, and other community resources.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Special Education, Psychology).
• Valid NJ Driver’s License.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and best practices in support services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic computer literacy.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $30,000 - $35,000 annually.
