Logistics Coordinator

Our unique positioning allows us to produce large central systems for an entire plant down to individual filters for a single cutting machine, ensuring our proprietary filtration and cooling technologies meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Schedule deliveries and pickups with carriers and vendors
• Track shipments and update status reports
• Communicate delays or issues to customers, drivers, and internal teams
• Maintain shipping, inventory, and transportation records
• Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery problems
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and transportation regulations
• Support warehouse and operations teams as needed

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• 3-5+ years of logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving experience
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, email, inventory systems)
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
• Experience with forklifts, ERP systems, or transportation software (a plus)

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include time management, attention to detail, data entry accuracy, team collaboration, knowledge of shipping carriers and freight coordination

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Forklift operation and/or experience with ERP systems and transportation software
