Role Overview: A global logistics consultant supporting strategic accounts within the World Courier division. Responsible for account setup, maintaining workflows, ensuring compliance documentation, resolving orders, and implementing process improvements to maintain service continuity and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities Coordinate account setup and maintenance workflows for accurate configuration and timely activationMaintain approvals, documentation, and system records to ensure compliance and audit preparednessMonitor account activity, escalate exceptions to safeguard service levels and order continuityResolve routine inquiries and service issues, escalating complex matters as neededDevelop reference materials and process guidance to enhance customer communication consistency Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, operations, or related fieldLess than 2 years experience in account onboarding, procurement, or service workflow coordinationProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredStrong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and efficient executionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with business systems and computer applicationsStakeholder relationship management and independent problem-solving skills
