Logistics Center Associate I-Customer Returns

What You’ll Do
- Process and document customer returns accurately and efficiently in SAP
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve return issues to completion
- Execute core material handling and logistics transactions within SAP
- Support cross-functional logistics operations and assist where needed across the team
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement (LEAN) initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SAP or other warehouse/logistics systems
- Previous experience in returns processing, logistics, or warehouse operations
