Logistics and Production Operations Supervisor
About the role
The Warehouse & Production Operations Supervisor leads a small team performing controlled production labeling, outbound fulfillment activities, and inventory management in a regulated manufacturing and warehouse environment. In this critical role, you will ensure accurate execution of production work orders, oversee shipping preparation, inventory accuracy, and drive operational performance through training, process adherence, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and assists a team responsible for production and warehousing order and activities, ensuring precise and efficient execution of production labeling, outbound preparation, inventory handling, and system transactions.
- Acts as the primary escalation point for quality and execution issues, including labeling errors, inventory discrepancies, system variances, or shipment deviations, coordinating containment, corrective actions, and cross-functional communication as required.
- Provides ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to operators on production processes, labeling requirements, safety protocols, and quality expectations, ensuring team competence and consistency.
- Safeguards strict adherence to specifications, SOPs, and work instructions across production labeling, outbound preparation, and inventory activities, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Requirements

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 1+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, Operations, Physical Distribution or equivalent.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent.

Pay
The pay range for this position in Latham, New York, is $87,000 to $139,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
This is an office role. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Latham.
