Job Title: Logistics Analyst Job Responsibilities Tariff classification of product for both import and export purposesSupport and maintain Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operation and compliance programPrepare and compile reports for submission to various federal agenciesConduct internal audits to ensure that the company is in compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulationsSupport of the company’s CTPAT program; including overall supply chain risk analysisAnalysis of parts and finished goods for free trade agreement eligibility (USMCA, etc.)Analyze requirements, procedures and problems to identify improvement opportunitiesCommunicate with all levels of the organization, freight companies, customs brokers, government agencies, and suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chainReview and analyze trends and anomalies that can be used to identify supply chain improvements and communicate information to appropriate individuals and entities, both internal and externalPlan and/or conduct projects related to cost or compliance improvementsAssist other departments with shipping or receiving transactions Essential Skills 1-2 years of experience in logistics, international logistics, and/or supply chain operations.Focus on tariffs experience is preferred.Industry experience in manufacturing, transportation, or similar fields.Familiarity with foreign trade is a plus.
