Major Responsibilities
- Aids the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, with compliance administrative activities.
- Conducts on-site and virtual/remote auditing of Onco360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 pharmacy locations across the country.
- Develops and maintains operations audit and risk assessment tools for various pharmacy audits.
- Supports special pharmacy projects and activities.
- Secures and maintains proper facility licensure, including new licenses, renewals, and change notifications.
- Communicates and presents compliance activities to relevant parties.
- Follows up on required corrective actions and compiles quarterly audit data for the Compliance Committee and other reporting bodies.
- Collaborates with departments to collect data from multiple sources for auditing purposes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
- Education/Work Experience: Certified Pharmacy Technician registration, at least two (2) years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or industry-related experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field, Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
- Skills/Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication, computer/data entry/software proficiency, attention to detail, experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare fields, quality assurance/improvement and compliance experience, strong project management skills, ability to work with mathematical concepts, proficient in Microsoft Office software.
