About the Role
The Workforce Development Analyst will support the NAVAIR Sustainment Group (NSG) Workforce Development Team. Responsibilities include leveraging Qlik for data analyses and dashboard development, formulating workforce assessment methodologies, and designing training tools utilizing Waypoints and Adult Learning Theory. The analyst will also track performance metrics and brief senior leadership on key milestones and strategic workforce initiatives.

- Leverage Qlik for data analyses and interactive dashboard development.
- Formulate workforce assessment methodologies.
- Design training tools using Waypoints and Adult Learning Theory.
- Track performance metrics and brief senior leadership on key milestones and strategic workforce initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Proven experience in Qlik Data Analytics and interactive dashboard development.
- Adaptive and proactive learning style with the ability to quickly master new technologies, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Qlik, Waypoints LMS) with minimal supervision.
- Ability to confidently brief senior leadership on key initiatives and milestones, backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active security clearance.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and/or Department of War Workforce Development Strategies.
- Experience with Waypoints or Cornerstone LMS strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering high-quality support to clients at all levels of an organization.
