About the role

The Logistics Analyst III position is a team lead role responsible for managing and executing logistics operations within the organization. This role also includes material fielding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and transportation planning.
• Lead a team of analysts to ensure efficient and effective execution of logistics tasks.
• Oversee material fielding activities ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
