Responsibilities
- Captures bid packages
- Serves as a resource for spot pricing and capacity requirements
- Coordinates pickup and delivery of outbound shipments
- Analyzes transportation and distribution methods to improve efficiency
- Maintains delivery schedules and deadlines
- Supports accounts payable in processing freight invoices
- Manages LTL freight claims using EZ Claim software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business-related field preferred but not required
- 3+ years of equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics
- Warehouse management and shipping experience a plus
- Prior experience working for or with a 3PL provider helpful
