Authorities / Responsibilities
- Aid in updating Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) databases.
- Perform sight validation of product configurations.
- Review and update Allowance Equipment Lists (AEL).
- Develop provisioning skills related to CSA and AEL.
- Interact with ILS team regarding HM&E Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD).
- Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers for Vender Furnished Information.
- Develop skills to interpret construction drawings for CSA.
- Assist in HM&E Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) reviews.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
- Strong computer skills.
- Familiarity with database development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Related education in Supply Chain Management or Integrated Logistics Support preferred.
- U.S. Navy, MSC, or USCG experience desired.

Additional Guidelines
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
- Candidates must provide proof of US person status.

Physical Demands
- Regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
- Occasionally sit, lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs, lift/push/pull up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, crawl, kneel.
- Must be able to climb in a safe manner (stairs, scaffolding, ladders, ramps).
- Must have the ability to safely and appropriately use required tools and equipment.
- Must have the ability to work at heights above 12’ while working from ladders, scaffolding, and/or man lifts.
- Must have the ability to work in confined spaces for prolonged periods of time.
- Must have the ability to respond to verbal and audible commands.
- Must have the ability to utilize adequate visual skills.
- Must have the ability to fully extend the arm while reaching overhead, reaching out, reaching to the side, and reaching down.
- Must have the ability to perceive attributes of an object/material such as size, shape, temperature, and texture.
- Must have the ability to read and record information in challenging conditions.
