Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis and technical support for Army major end items
- Conduct policy analysis and compliance reviews to ensure enterprise-level visibility of Army major equipment and general property assets
- Identify and recommend ERP-wide solutions for systemic issues with Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) capital asset reports
- Develop validation processes to measure the effectiveness of training, policy, and ERP system changes aimed at improving capital asset accountability
- Analyze policy adherence to Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) or Army policy and identify second and third order impacts
- Participate in Army working groups to revise and develop process maps related to the equipping, redistribution, and divestiture (disposal) of Army equipment
- Assist in the development of strategic messaging, including FRAGOs, EXORDs, ETPs, and annexes, to support audit readiness efforts
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and develop briefs to synchronize enterprise stakeholders for audit readiness
- Participate in OSW working groups to coordinate with OSD and the Services on GE, government furnished property, and Army policies and procedures impacting major end items
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in DoD logistics and supply chain management
- Knowledge of the Army logistics and equipment domain
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience with a variety of DoD and Army property systems of record such as AESIP, GCSS-Army, cPROBE, Vantage, and FMSWeb
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to write, edit, and proofread various presentations, position papers, and memoranda
- High energy, enthusiasm, tact, and ability to effectively interact with senior leadership
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, process-driven, and adaptable to changing work efforts
- Availability for occasional travel
- DoD Secret clearance required
