Logistics Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistical operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and track the movement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and availability.
• Conduct data analysis to assess performance metrics and identify trends related to logistics operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide logistical support for program activities, including transportation, procurement, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in logistics analysis, supply chain management, or a related role; additional six (6) years experience can be accepted in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle).
• Clearance: Must possess an active Secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain one; US Citizenship required.
• Experience: Commercial Driver's License (CDL); excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; knowledge of government contracting regulations and procedures.
