Logistics Analyst

About the role

This position has full responsibility for the Import/Export process, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and company policies. The role encompasses overall inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and third-party management to consistently support business growth. You will effectively communicate and interface with ISI Global Logistics teams, Customer Service, RA/QA, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and other relevant departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import customs clearance and fulfill import requirements according to local laws and regulations.
• Monitor the overall inbound process to meet business requirements and urgency.
• Support and lead day-to-day warehouse operations, covering inbound, outbound, and returns.
• Communicate closely with 3PL and service providers to ensure continuous and efficient workflow.
• Liaise with 3PL, Customs Brokerage, and Freight forwarders to prevent or resolve issues.
• Review service providers' performance periodically.
• Perform daily, monthly, and annual cycle counts.
• Monitor safety stock levels to maintain optimal inventory and check space utilization.
• Inspect monthly expenses based on contracted rates and obtain payment approval per the monthly expense closing schedule.
• Analyze actual costs versus budget on a monthly basis.
• Support special trade programs such as ITA and FTA.
• Respond to requests from the Global Logistics team and Global Trade Compliance team in HQ.
• Provide analysis of key metrics.
• Manage customer backlog to expedite fulfillment and enhance timely shipments from suppliers.
• Support the implementation of import and export data management systems.
• Develop and maintain desktop procedures, KPIs, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Working experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Data analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with SAP.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.

Pay

The target base salary ranges for this role are:

• Region 1: $43 - $58 per hour
• Region 2: $36 - $49 per hour

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
