Logistics Analyst

(GAI) partners with prime contractors to provide professional services in Engineering Design and Documentation; Software Development and Testing; System Integration, Testing and Evaluation; Lab Management and Field Installation; Integrated Logistics Support, Training Development and Delivery, Multimedia Support, and Technical System Support.

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) system technical requirements for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) under the NAVSEA Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS 5). The Logistics Analyst will analyze impacts on product support deliverables and collaborate with the Logistics Team.

Responsibilities

• Review ECPs, ECs, and other documents to determine their impact on logistics products.
• Support the Logistics team in the development of logistics products.
• Understand the connection between Configuration Management and other logistics products (maintenance planning, supply support, engineering changes, etc.).
• Participate in design reviews.
• Work closely with AN/SQQ-89(V) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to maintain logistics records, databases, tracking systems, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accountability, and audit readiness.
• Work independently and engage SMEs as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret level security clearance required to begin work.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Task-driven with strong time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Team player who takes ownership and fosters team success.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS SharePoint, and Logistics Information Systems.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience with AN/SQQ-89(V) in either Operations or Maintenance.
• Certified NAVSEA Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis Level I & II.
• Experience with NAVSEA programs and their lifecycle support.
• Experience working directly with technical SMEs.

$60,000 - $65,000 per year.

Schedule
