About the role
At the Store Support Center, you’ll make a difference every single day. Serving those who serve our guests, you’ll be responsible for planning, tracking, and tracing supply chain operations, developing and coordinating logistics, and collaborating with senior analysts and carriers to enhance performance and program flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Planning, Tracking, and Tracing
- Develop and coordinate daily routing and wave creation with DC
- Provide analytical consultation to Home Office departments
- Analyze freight volumes and determine best methods for inventory and goods movement
- Collaborate with overseas forwarders to ensure operational execution of import shipments
- Conduct statistical analysis for route design, cost efficiency, and delivery method enhancements
- Collaborate with Distribution Center and International and Domestic Logistics areas to enhance performance and program flexibility
- Assist each area in Logistics to ensure daily work and merchandise move through the supply chain as required
- Conduct statistical analysis for Distribution Center processes
- Work in conjunction with CBOCS' Freight Payable Company, internal coordinators, and Sr. Logistics Services Manager to ensure freight invoice accuracy, submit claims, and follow up with carriers regarding invoice accuracy
- Evaluate processes and produce recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- Experience with supply chain planning, logistics, and distribution systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
