What You’ll Do
- Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry
- Possess strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers
- Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates
- Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments
- Use phone, email, and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity
- Utilize innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing, operations, load booking, etc.

- Full-time availability in office (Monday–Friday)
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
