About the Role

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a Logistician/Quality Control Specialist II to support Marine Corps System Command (MCSC), Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE), with a focus on the Electronic Warfare Systems portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation review and compliance checks
  • Support to Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs)
  • Data validation and analysis
  • Supply chain and logistics process support
  • Quality assurance tracking and reporting
  • Process improvement support (TQM focus)
  • Coordination and administrative support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of relevant experience or HS diploma and 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Attention to detail ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Familiarity with supporting ILAs and logistics assessments
  • Experience validating data and processes across the 12 Integrated Product Support elements
  • Ability to assist the government in maintaining audit readiness and operational effectiveness
  • Strong professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as part of a cohesive team

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This is sedentary work requiring reaching, sitting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Employees must be able to read, write, see, and hear. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision-making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control, and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral/written instructions, complete routine forms, use existing templates, and conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions with significant impact on the immediate work unit.
