Responsibilities
- Track receipt, transfer, and disposal of property and material assets
- Maintain inventory databases and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate movement of assets
- Support audits and inspections of warehouse and material records
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD logistics requirements
- Support packaging, labeling, and configuration tracking activities
- Aid in acquisition documentation and vendor coordination
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking software
- Ability to lift and move moderate loads (up to 50 lbs)
- DoD Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Familiarity with DPAS, IUID, or other government asset systems
- Experience with government property accountability and audit prep
