Logistic Operation Staff (Bilingual Korean)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via Air, Ocean, Land/trucking transportation
• Track shipments across different channels
• Report monthly on KPIs for the Supply Chain function
• Daily liaison with customers, carriers, and internal staff
• Develop performance metrics to evaluate the operating performance of internal supply chain resources and external supply chain partner collaboration model
• Support logistics procedures to achieve team goals by adhering to logistics policies
• Keep proper records of all transactions related to the team's logistics operations
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies and problems in the transportation/logistics system
• Maintain up-to-date account documentation, ensuring it is readily accessible
• Analyze corporate logistics to identify cost-effective transportation methods
• Coordinate with site managers and co-workers for effective operations
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as required
• Execute other job-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Korean Bilingual required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-5+ years of experience in logistics (Freight Forwarding, industry knowledge, and Strategy Planning)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethics

Duration: 1 year, Contract, W-2
Pay: $28/hr
