The Sales Lead at LOFT plays a crucial role in supporting and role modeling excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering personalized customer experiences
- Providing guidance and support to associates
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions
- Assisting store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team
- Supporting an inclusive store environment for associates
- Upholding the highest visual and operational standards
- Using tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business
- Providing in-the-moment feedback and coaching to each associate
- Building productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team
- Using technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions
- Seamlessly stepping into the role of manager when needed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred)
- Management experience (preferred)
- Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
- Organizes, delegates, and prioritizes assignments to stay on top of deadlines
Qualifications
