Lodgekeeper Responsibilities

• Remove stains from items using the appropriate procedures.
• Keep an updated inventory of laundry detergents.
• Pack linen bags and prepare correct assignment reports for the next day's shift.
• Track maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment.
• Ensure the facility remains clean at all times.
• Consult with customers to discuss supplementary laundering-related services.
• Prepare Microsoft Word documents and Excel systems as needed.
• Handle reservations through the reservation system.

Lodgekeeper Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment is required.
• The ability to stand for long periods is necessary.
• The capacity to lift up to 20 pounds unaided is important.
• Basic arithmetic skills are required.
