About the Role
Pediatric and nursery coverage provider in a Level II nursery setting, supporting leave coverage with 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am.
Responsibilities
- Manage admissions for pediatric and nursery patients
- Perform advanced procedures including:
- Intubation
- Central line placement
- UVC/UAC insertion
- Chest tube insertion
- Lumbar puncture
- Needle pneumothorax decompression
- Exchange transfusions
- Circumcisions
Requirements
- Certification in NRP and PALS is required
- Experience with the listed procedures
- Prepared to handle a small census with specific pediatric and nursery admissions
