About the role
This role involves providing inpatient and outpatient pediatric care, primarily during newborn and delivery cases.
Responsibilities
- Attend c-sections and deliveries
- Perform Level I nursery and pediatric floor procedures
- Respond to call within 30 minutes
- Manage an average of 2 patients and admissions per call
- Approximately 10 calls required monthly
Requirements
- NRP Certification
Skills
- Strong clinical abilities in newborn care and pediatric procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and quick decision-making
- Capacity to handle both inpatient and outpatient settings
