Locums Pathologist Position

Seeking a Pathologist to perform a variety of diagnostic duties in a clinical setting. The role involves evaluating approximately 12-15 surgical pathology cases daily, including grossing large specimens and assisting with small biopsies using histotechnologists. Responsibilities encompass anatomic & clinical pathology, cytology (including FNA), peripheral smear, and blood bank. The position requires board certification. Key duties include diagnosing diverse specimens, managing cytology cases, and ensuring accurate reporting. The role offers Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, with no call requirements. Compensation ranges from $180.00 to $220.00 per hour, with rates influenced by experience and other factors.
