About the role

Geriatric Provider in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on continuity of care for patients aged 55 and up. The role involves managing approximately 15 patients daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care with a focus on geriatric patients.
• Handle all aspects of patient care within a Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with geriatric patients.
• Strong geriatric or PACE program experience preferred.

• Ability to provide quality geriatric care in an outpatient setting.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $70.00 to $90.00, all-inclusive of potential earnings.
