Locums PA - Family Practice

Seeking a versatile Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a patient-focused, fast-paced primary care setting. Responsibilities include managing approximately 20-27 patients per shift, with additional walk-in patients, primarily serving Spanish-speaking, farm-working families. Must provide office-based procedures across diverse age groups, including pediatric, adult, and women's health, in a preventative and same-day care environment. Key qualifications: minimum of 2 years NP/PA experience, with at least 1 year in primary care. Skills required: adaptability, flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication. Handle a high-volume, dynamic caseload in a team-oriented setting.
