About the role
We are seeking a skilled OB/GYN for ongoing locum tenens assignments. The position involves patient rounding, managing approximately 360 deliveries annually, and performing complicated deliveries such as C-sections, VBAC, breech, and multiples.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OB ultrasounds (Level I & II)
- Perform amniocentesis
- Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Perform surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic)
- Respond within 25 minutes for beeper call
- Manage a typical caseload of 10 patients per shift
- Provide expert care for diverse obstetric cases
