About the role

This role involves providing neurological patient care on a dedicated floor, with responsibilities including rounding, vent management, line placement, and supporting the onsite team with a NCC midlevel. You will manage 5-20 patients daily, with light night call primarily handled by the intensivist team.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for leave as needed
• Ensure quality patient outcomes

Requirements

• Relevant clinical experience in neurological care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform procedures such as vent management and line placement
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Able to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
