About the role

This position involves providing in-house medical coverage with responsibilities including patient consultations, admissions, rounding, and responding to calls within a designated schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1-4 patients per shift and conduct 1-4 phone consults daily
• Handle 1-2 admissions per shift and perform rounding duties
• Respond to in-house calls within 20 minutes, with a 1:3 call ratio and 40% callback rate
• Maintain hospital privileges and participate in rounding activities
